Missguided launched a Playboy collaboration in September 2018. The 70-piece collection included vintage magazine covers, along with the iconic Playboy rabbit head logo, printed on oversized t-shirts, hoodies and long-sleeved dresses. After a sell-out launch, Missguided introduced three new additional ranges for SS19 and AW19.

Playboy x Missguided aimed to invite a new generation of young women to liberate and empower themselves through effortlessly sexy, yet wearable fashion. Underpinned by the mantra “sexy is confidence,” the unmistakable Playboy rabbit head logo adorned joggers, hoodies and oversized t-shirts to create a relaxed street-style silhouette. The range was a perfect blend of streetwear and high fashion, designed to make today’s woman feel confident and unstoppable.

In the first week, Missguided reported a 74% sell-through and 34 lines sold out completely. United in their celebration of female sexuality through self-confidence and empowerment, Missguided and iconic powerhouse Playboy introduced the brand’s heritage to a new generation of fans and fashionistas alike.
